1. I agree to my personal data, which I provide to the Operator through completing the contact forms on softmedialab.com, being automatically and manually processed according to the following list:

1.4 email;
1.5 patronymic.

2. The Operator is allowed to process my personal data for the following purposes:
2.1 my awareness-raising of the Operator’s goods and services;
2.2 signing and performing the contracts between me and the Operator;
2.3 informimg me about the Operator’s news and proposals;
2.4 my identification on the Operator’s website;

4. The Operator is allowed to process my personal data using the following metods: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, possession, clarification, application, transmission, sanitization, blocking, deletion.

5. This agreement shall enter into force on the moment of my personal data transmission to the Operator through completing the contact forms on softmedialab.com. The agreement is valid until terminated by my written statement.
